Blazer Jobs is currently seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time position within school districts in the Bremerton, WA area. We are looking for compassionate, licensed professionals who are committed to supporting student growth through high-quality speech and language services in a school setting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Applicants must meet all state and local requirements to practice as an SLP in Washington State, including:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program

Washington State SLP License issued by the Washington State Department of Health
-
Valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate from the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
-
Successful completion of state and district background checks and fingerprinting
-
Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students with speech and language disorders

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in small group settings
-
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to support student success
-
Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student intervention planning
